Life can be messy.  And in the midst of the mess, sometimes we lose our personal power or leave parts of us behind and are not fully aware and present in our current situations with all of our resources.  It has become a passion of mine to help individuals find within themselves the resources they encompass to heal and to have healthy control of their lives.

Lisa C. Ruane, LCSW, ACHT earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work.  She holds an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist Certification and is a certified Reiki Practitioner.  Lisa has experience with multiple clinical diagnoses.  She believes in a holistic approach to healing which encompasses mind, body & spirit. She provides support and healing therapies to older adolescents, young adults and adults.
